My First Prop Firm Payout

To be honest, Dominion Funding was the first prop firm I ever used. I always had this belief that prop firms don’t really pay and just find ways to take your fee and that’s it… but Dominion genuinely proved me wrong. First prop firm purchase and first real payout — so I’m honestly super grateful! Big shoutout to the team as well, they’ve been very supportive throughout. And lol, this is NOT a paid review. I rarely even write reviews, but credit where it’s due — they deserve a solid 5 stars. One thing I really liked is their Discord. Makes communication way faster and easier instead of waiting days on emails.Thanks again to the team. And for anyone thinking about trying a prop firm — as long as you follow the rules and don’t try to game the system, the payouts are REAL.

Payout was eventually successful after some initial complications

I had some challenges with my first payout request, which was initially rejected. After further communication and clarification, the Dominion Funding team reviewed my case again and approved the payout. The process took some time and caused some stress, but I’m happy that it was eventually resolved and the funds arrived safely on my account. Please guys dont buy their challenge they scams you they dont give payouts they rejected my payout and says identity mismatch that all no valid reason i have uploaded my orignal docs for the kyc they approved then i req for a payout without approved kyc i cant req for a payout then why the hell they reject my payout if i was approved and when i open ticket there is some ronit name guy from their support he didnt reply me for days poor customer service after several days he just reply me this "Apologies Sir Its Final Decision taken by the Admin Management Team and Risk Management Team" this is the reply i have got no valid reason they also took my passed funded account dont ever buy their challenge My dominion funding email: sufiahmed613@ gmail.com And my acc no: 108493

The best propfirm and very transparent team. Payouts were done as promised and the a great platform by team led by Mr Raja. One suggestion i would like to propose is to remove the requirement minimum 4 profitable trades of 0.5% once you are funded.

I want to be totally fair...

I joined Dominion Funding in early January. Good trading conditions, good website and dashboard. By February, I had two payouts lined up — one from a 1-step funded account ($3,600) and another from an instant funding account ($9,800). On my first payout day, I received an email stating: “As part of our standard compliance procedures, we analyzed your account and identified certain behavioral matches and hedging-related trading patterns between your account and another user’s account. While the volume of these hedging trades was not excessively high, the similarities in trading behavior, combined with overlapping characteristics (including geographic location), raised reasonable concerns under our monitoring systems. Please note that coordinated trading, trade mirroring, or hedging between multiple accounts, whether intentional or not, is not permitted under our Terms and Conditions. When such patterns are detected, we are required to take precautionary measures.” They then offered to pay the $3,600 but deny the $9,800 payout and terminate my access to their services. For the record, I have over 10 years of trading experience, and I have received multiple overall five-figure payouts from other prop firms such as fundingpips and fundednext. I have never hedged accounts or coordinated trades with anyone. When I asked the risk team for proof of these accusations, I received no response. I then politely asked about the situation in their Discord server — and was banned shortly after. My messages were deleted and I was removed from the community. From what I’ve seen, this seems to happen frequently: complaints get deleted and users get removed instead of being addressed transparently. No refund was offered, and no evidence was provided to justify denying the $9,800 payout. I’m not saying they never pay out — apparently they do. But in my experience, once you start making larger or consistent payouts, issues suddenly arise. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a few instant funded accounts from Dominion. Recently I became eligible for a payout on one of them. I submitted the request and it was approved within 2 days. The payout itself arrived in less than 48 hours after approval. Overall, from request to money received, it took about 4 days — which is solid compared to many firms in the industry. Support was also responsive. I had a couple of questions during the process and received clear answers in a reasonable timeframe. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is mainly about clarity in communication. The firm advertises “48-hour payouts,” which is technically true — but in my case at least the 48 hours start after the payout is approved. Since approval itself can take 1–3 days. That said, my overall experience has been quite positive. It seems if you trade within the rules payout is honoured, process was smooth, and there was no unnecessary friction.
